In Short

  • Provide high-quality customer service to up to 500 students and families.
  • Support tutors with their inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data tracking and information requests.
  • Assist in selling educational programs to new and existing customers.
  • Receive coaching and training to enhance customer service skills.
  • Work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Collaborate with enrollment and academics teams.
  • Maintain a work schedule of 9AM – 6PM.
  • Access to a dedicated home office with high-speed internet is required.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse customers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of communications.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability to new processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM databases is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in a small, entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
  • Excitement to take on increasing responsibilities.
