Training and Documentation Specialist - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will work alongside the Training & Documentation manager to maintain the Operations team’s internal knowledge base, training materials, macros, customer help center articles, and training materials.

In Short

• Work collaboratively to document and maintain processes and training materials.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to create help center articles.
• Facilitate live and recorded training sessions.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge on products and processes.
• Interact with team leads to identify documentation opportunities.
• Review metrics to assess training effectiveness.
• Respond to documentation-related questions.
• Participate in creating a document management system.
• Audit customer support interactions for training updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in documentation and customer-facing content.
• 1+ years managing training programs.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work across functions for accurate documentation.
• Experience with different learning methods.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of security and compliance protocols.
• Experience with CRM and documentation management systems.
• Experience with presentation programs.
