Business Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a new member of the Biz Ops and finance team, you will work on the most interesting, cross functional, high impact and intellectually stimulating projects.

In Short

• Own product and financial health analytics and monthly business reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various functions to develop business cases.
• Manage unit economic model and drive insights into LTV and CAC payback.
• Empower stakeholders to make real-time decisions based on financial goals.
• Manage complex, strategic cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure progress on priority workstreams and follow-through of action items.
• Support annual planning and budgeting processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytical roles.
• Strong sense of ownership and intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize detailed analytic information.
• High attention to detail and strategic evaluation skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented.
• Excel expert with experience in SQL or similar.
