Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Associate with experience in commercial lines to join our operations team.

In Short

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the Rental Team.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage endorsement requests efficiently by analyzing and processing policy changes.
  • Accurately handle bind requests, including preparation and distribution of binders.
  • Must have an Associates Degree or equivalent insurance experience.
  • Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Teams, and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding service to customers.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
  • Experience in commercial lines and customer support.
