Insurance Sales Representative - Life and Health - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Life and Health Sales Representative for our NEA team, responsible for account review, telephone marketing, and sales of insurance products to members.

In Short

• Sells insurance products to prospective members through calls.
• Upgrades and cross-sells additional products to existing members.
• Meets individual sales and quality of business targets.
• Analyzes sales reports to monitor progress.
• Calculates and presents quotes, writes insurance applications.
• Follows up on pending transactions.
• Participates in business retention activities.
• Tracks monthly sales and responds to member inquiries.
• Maintains knowledge of insurance products and selling techniques.
• Eligible for commission in addition to base pay.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Working knowledge of office productivity tools.
• Insurance sales and/or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Current Life, Accident and Health license.
