Overview

The Support Triage Analyst is responsible for analyzing all incoming systems tickets and ensuring effective communication between the development team and the business.

In Short

  • Analyze incoming systems tickets
  • Recreate issues and troubleshoot
  • Train end users who submit tickets
  • Assist with systems security
  • Serve as a liaison between teams
  • Track and assign tickets
  • Facilitate status meetings
  • Assist developers with issues
  • Follow incident procedures for outages
  • Document processes as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, or related field
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Experience with CRM and administrative systems
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills for managing multiple projects
  • Ability to work under pressure
