Overview

As a Technical Trainer at BUMP, you will be responsible for creating and delivering in-depth training sessions and materials that improve user experiences, support successful product launches, and provide ongoing assistance to BUMP Partners.

In Short

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • Evaluate training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities.
  • Create opportunities for hands-on learning experiences.
  • Adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical training or related field.
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS O365, MS Publisher, MS Visio.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically/internationally approx. 3-5 weeks/year.
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as required.
