Senior Compliance and Risk Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Compliance and Risk Specialist at Canadian Bank Note Company (CBN), you will lead compliance initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and develop security strategies for systems deployed in Canada, the USA, and Europe.

In Short

• Lead ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI compliance initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders to establish compliance strategies.
• Identify and improve security risks within CBN Operations.

• Proficiency in MS 365 Copilot.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance or risk positions.
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as NIST800-53 and ISO27001.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience with Azure/AWS compliance is an asset.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
