Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead, Software Development to manage and guide a team of software developers in delivering high-quality solutions. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Technical certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to travel approximately 1 week/year.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
