Overview

The Functional Consultant works to deliver the WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite, addressing unique business challenges for each customer by ensuring successful implementation and compliance with customer needs.

• Gather and define customer business requirements.
• Facilitate client workshops remotely or onsite.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in HR/Payroll/HRIS/Business Analysis.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability.
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management.
• Experience implementing packaged software systems.
