Overview

The Workforce Management Software Consultant will be responsible for gathering customer business requirements, educating clients on best practices, and facilitating workshops to ensure successful implementation of the WorkForce Software solutions.

In Short

  • Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications.
  • Gather and identify customer business requirements.
  • Educate customers on best practices in software implementation.
  • Facilitate client workshops remotely or onsite.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist with roll-out and go-live activities.
  • Conduct customer training sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement based on feedback.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in software implementations.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL and writing simple queries.
  • Knowledge of implementation principles and lifecycle.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-focused team.
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management is a bonus.
  • Experience providing application support for complex software systems preferred.
