Overview

The Consultant works to deliver our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite in a way that solves the unique business challenges for each customer, ensuring successful delivery by configuring the software according to the customer’s documented workforce management business requirements.

• Configure WorkForce Software Suite according to customer requirements.
• Support business requirements confirmation with clients.
• Handle complex administrative and configuration challenges.
• Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate client workshops demonstrating best practices.
• Communicate project status and roadblocks effectively.
• Continuously improve skills through training and certifications.
• Mentor team members on labor laws and software solutions.
• Track project hours and provide status updates.
• Work on project implementation assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience with SQL and JavaScript.
• Experience with HCM functional domain and business processes.
• Effective communication skills.
• Logical and technical mindset for problem analysis.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for adapting to changes.
• Familiarity with business applications like Excel.
• Knowledge of implementation principles and lifecycle.
• Ability to work in a customer-focused team.
• Programming experience in Java, C#, or C++ preferred.
• Familiarity with report writing tools preferred.
