Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in workforce consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record in delivering workforce strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Advanced MS Excel including VBA skills.
