Overview

The Workforce Management Software Consultant will be responsible for configuring the WFS Suite according to customer business requirements, utilizing programming skills in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML. The role involves managing complex issues, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of workforce management solutions.

• Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications.
• Configure WFS Suite according to customer requirements using JavaScript, HTML, SQL.
• Handle complex administrative and configuration challenges.
• Write complex formulas leveraging programming skills.
• Perform unit and system testing of configured applications.
• Support confirmation and refinement of customer business requirements.
• Participate in client workshops demonstrating best practices.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve product offerings based on feedback.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in software implementations.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with JavaScript and/or SQL.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in implementing or training on complex software systems.
• Understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work on a dynamic, customer-focused team.
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management is a bonus.
• Logical and technical mindset for problem analysis.
• Experience providing application support for complex software systems preferred.
