Workforce Management Software Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Workforce Management Software Consultant will be responsible for configuring the WFS Suite according to customer business requirements, utilizing programming skills and ensuring successful implementation of workforce management solutions.

In Short

• Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications.
• Configure WFS Suite using JavaScript, HTML, SQL, or other scripting tools.
• Handle complex administrative and configuration challenges.
• Write complex formulas leveraging programming skills.
• Perform unit and system testing of configured applications.
• Gather and identify customer business requirements.
• Participate in client workshops demonstrating best practices.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Assist with roll-out and go-live activities.
• Maintain accurate records of billable and non-billable hours.

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in software implementations.
• Minimum 1 year experience with programming languages, preferably JavaScript and/or SQL.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in implementing or training on complex software systems.
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management is a bonus.
• Ability to work on a dynamic, customer-focused team.
• Logical and technical mindset for problem analysis.
• Experience providing application support for complex software systems preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
