In Short

  • Own and manage relationships with Enterprise & Mid-Market financial clients.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to help clients maximize the value of the platform.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to track customer usage and drive renewals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Drive engagements, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Guide clients on integrating AI-driven intelligence into their workflows.
  • Actively address customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • Monitor key usage metrics and optimize customer success strategies.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure product evolution meets industry needs.

Requirements

  • MBA from a Top-tier institute is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of post-MBA experience in Financial services preferred.
  • Strong understanding of investment research and capital markets.
  • Ability to leverage analytics tools for client engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on and comfortable in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Customer Success software.
