Overview

The Manager, Employee and Labor Relations is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, labor relations, and HR compliance within the organization, ensuring fair and productive working relationships while adhering to relevant labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management required.
• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in employee relations or HR management.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience in contract negotiation and administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
