Overview

The Senior Sales Rep (SSR) utilizes a consultative sales approach in the sale of Waste Management services to small and medium sized accounts in an assigned territory/segment.

• Utilizes a consultative sales approach.
• Responsible for prospecting and closing sales.
• Prepares and executes cold calls.
• Facilitates follow-up meetings with prospects.
• Prepares and delivers complex sales proposals.
• Conducts post-sale administrative work.
• Requires travel across the Montreal Area.
• Bilingual in French and English is required.
• Must live and work in Canada.
• Eligible for commission based on sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• One year of business-to-business sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Ability to set goals and manage time effectively.
• High impact communication skills.
• Planning and organization skills.
