Overview

This Talent Coordinator supports the Corporate talent acquisition team by managing administrative tasks throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

In Short

  • Schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
  • Facilitates candidate travel.
  • Available to candidates to answer logistical questions regarding interviews.
  • Assist candidates in interview preparation.
  • Drive communication between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
  • Data entry of Offers of Employment.
  • Create marketing material for job postings.
  • Attend Hiring Events and Job Fairs.
  • Process relocation for candidates.
  • Participate in Recruiter Training and Mentor Relationship.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year relevant work experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet searches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent customer focus.
