Overview

Wiz is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Programs Manager to join our WW Channels & Alliances Organization. In this role you will be instrumental in building and executing a rapidly evolving multi-year partner programs strategy.

In Short

  • Lead strategic partner program development from ideation through execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define multi-year growth strategies.
  • Define success criteria and KPIs for programs.
  • Promote a culture of action and collaboration.
  • Design and implement new partner programs and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain program documentation and training materials.
  • Establish frameworks for accountability and transparency.
  • Implement operational efficiency improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Conduct regular program audits and assessments.
  • Manage resource allocation and budgets for programs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program management experience in Channel/Alliances.
  • 3+ years of experience building and managing partner programs.
  • Proven program and project management acumen.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex concepts to various audiences.
  • Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative working style.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and methodologies.
