Overview

Wiz is seeking a Content & Knowledge Manager to oversee the strategy, governance, and execution of content and knowledge programs that drive field readiness and customer-facing excellence.

In Short

• Own the GTM content framework and manage content lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align content with business priorities.
• Lead content programs for GTM events and product launches.
• Optimize content discoverability and usability in enablement platforms.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and its configuration.

• 5+ years of experience in program management or content management.

• Experience with sales enablement platforms and content management systems.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring outcomes.

• 5+ years in program management, content management, or enablement roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of sales enablement best practices.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Experience with AI tools or platforms.
