Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in knowledge management or related fields.
  • Strong ability to translate complex insurance policies into clear content.
  • Familiarity with knowledge base tools (e.g., Confluence, Zendesk Guide).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
