In Short

  • Drive strategy for our Strategic Partners in South Europe
  • Manage national operating model and Strategic Partner Business Plans
  • Lead a team of partner managers
  • Execute MOU partner investments
  • Identify and launch insertion points for the Wiz platform
  • Support enablement activities with partner sellers
  • Resolve escalations and conflicts
  • Maintain relationships with key partner executives
  • Stay updated on industry trends
  • Manage sales pipeline and report on performance

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience managing partner managers at a top SaaS company
  • Proven sales target achievement and revenue growth
  • Ability to be a player-coach
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Process-oriented with attention to detail
  • Experience as a Channel Matchmaker
  • Track record as a Team Player
  • Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding
  • Cloud Service Provider Marketplace experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
