Overview

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Regional Directors to join our team at John Hancock. The ideal candidates will be located in Dallas, TX and will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategies and expanding our customer base in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico.

In Short

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Work with the regional sales team to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
  • Travel required: 50% +
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance/financial services sales required.
  • Professional licenses such as Series 6, 63, Life, Health, and Variable are required.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills needed.

  • Series 6, 63, Life, Health, and Variable licenses required.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven professional with focus on achieving individual and team goals.
