Plan Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

This role represents an opportunity to be at the forefront of transformation, innovation and service excellence for our U.S. Retirement business. You will help to shape a new retirement recordkeeping and trust operations ecosystem including the complimentary tenets of people, process, technology and data.

In Short

• Accountable for project management and onboarding of new retirement accounts.
• Manage Sponsor and Advisor relationships during onboarding.
• Ensure accurate delivery of plan set-up, payroll set-up, and investment mapping.
• Coordinate with internal teams for successful transitions.
• Measure success through net promoter score and internal efficiency.
• Handle complex cases and varying conversion options.
• Participate in Plan Specifications meetings.
• Support technical calls for data integrity with stakeholders.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives.
• Provide oversight on large financial transactions.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with the FIS Omni Recordkeeping Platform (highly desirable).
• Firm understanding of U.S. Retirement marketplace.
• Expertise in end-to-end processes related to retirement plans.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications.
