Wisp is on a mission to put healthcare back in patients’ hands by connecting them with hassle-free sexual and reproductive care online. We are a fully-remote team looking for a Senior Director of Brand & Partnerships to lead our brand voice, strategy, and key partnerships.

In Short

• Lead brand voice and strategy to engage with patients and partners.
• Develop marketing messaging and strategies for products.
• Manage PR agency for impactful media placements.
• Oversee strategic partnerships and business development.
• Lead the Creative and Copy team for brand messaging.
• Create patient insights to refine brand positioning.
• Organize local events to increase brand visibility.
• Report to the VP of Marketing with strategic insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or partnerships.
• 5+ years of experience managing creative and marketing teams.
• Expertise in media relations and managing PR campaigns.
• Strategic mindset with business development focus.
• Data-driven with analytical skills for market trends.
• Excellent communication skills and brand voice consistency.
