User Interviews is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Director of Partnerships to lead the development and execution of our strategic partnership program, focusing on building and managing partnerships to drive revenue growth.

In Short

  • Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners.
  • Manage co-sell, reseller, and technical integration programs.
  • Negotiate partner agreements and revenue share models.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for joint go-to-market plans.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Expand market reach through partnerships.
  • Drive business growth through new partnership opportunities.
  • Support and enable partners for success.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in partnership management or business development.
  • Proven track record in managing high-performing partnerships.
  • Experience with direct sales and understanding of the sales process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
