We're looking for a valiant Brand Partnerships Director to join our team and lead the charge in revolutionizing gaming through groundbreaking advertising solutions.

In Short

  • Identify, prioritize, educate, and secure business opportunities.
  • Drive revenue by proactively seeking out and addressing business challenges with clients and partner agencies.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior marketers and agencies, maintaining a consultative approach and offering strategic media solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and client cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and execute the strategic approach for each account within your assigned book of business.
  • Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Create, own, and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
  • Establish metrics to measure account growth and performance.
  • Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in digital media sales, generating Brand Partnerships.
  • A proven track record of cultivating and expanding relationships with both clients and agencies.
  • Profound knowledge of self-serve platforms, auctions, and biddable forms of digital advertising procurement.
  • A deep understanding of the video games ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • A creative and innovative thinker and strategist.
  • A collaborative team player with a cooperative mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to the development of initiatives from the ground up.
  • A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent years of experience.
