Overview

Howl is scaling quickly and looking to hire a results-oriented Senior Director to grow key accounts while helping to operationalize our go to market strategy and manage a small team.

In Short

• Own top-line account health and revenue goals for your collection of clients.
• Partner with client stakeholders on marketing teams at category-leading brands.
• Provide strategic and high level reporting on your business.
• Master the functionality of the Howl platform.
• Unlock revenue and budget opportunities with clients.
• Identify and test new revenue streams.
• Conceptualize and execute campaigns on Howl.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates.
• Serve as the client’s primary point of contact.

Requirements

• Domain expertise in Marketing Strategy and Digital Customer Success.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• High-level of comfort upselling and cross-selling.
• Equal parts strategic and operational.
• Start-up mentality.
• Substantial experience managing enterprise level accounts.
• Must be US based.
