• Drive Artist & Brand Partnerships revenue from new and existing partners.
• Focus on monetizing the Partner Artist roster.
• Responsible for pipeline generation and proactive sales strategy.

• Track and report on progress to leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in business development, account management, or sales.
• Strong existing network of contacts for potential opportunities.
• Clear track record of sales success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of advertising within culture.
• Entrepreneurial disposition and ability to operate with limited resources.
• Demonstrate ownership over outcomes requiring collaboration.
