In Short

  • This is a remote role with a preference for PST, MST or CST time zone.
  • Seeking a senior level Account Executive with experience in retail and brand sales.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to exceed yearly revenue goals.
  • Utilize sales methodology to coach Account Executives.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team.
  • Report on business aspects to senior management.
  • Navigate strategic customer conversations to uncover business challenges.
  • Perform product demos via Microsoft Teams.
  • Develop proposals addressing client challenges.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of software sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of retail, eCommerce, and analytics.
  • Team management experience preferred.
  • Experience with consultative sales methodologies.
  • Proven negotiation and sales skills.
  • Track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
