  • Manage the entire sales process from hunting strategy to deal closure.
  • Engage clients on their execution strategies for online and in-store solutions.
  • Identify target customers to build a strong sales funnel.
  • Communicate the value proposition and promote Wiser products in meetings.
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to expand existing key accounts.
  • Drive recurring sales by fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork and support.

Requirements

  • Initial experience selling software or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong commercial drive and passion for sales.
  • Experience in Retail and FMCG is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to multi-task.
  • Results-driven with problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player who cares about people and culture.
