Full Stack Engineer - Remote

Overview

Wiser Solutions is a suite of in-store and eCommerce intelligence and execution tools. We're on a mission to enable brands, retailers, and retail channel partners to gather intelligence and automate actions to optimize in-store and online pricing, marketing, and operations initiatives. Our Commerce Execution Suite is available globally.

In Short

• Develop and maintain customer-facing UI and server-side components.
• Ensure optimal performance of databases and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Design UI and back-end services for business processes.
• Write testable, reusable, and efficient code for high-performance applications.
• Implement security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Run diagnostic tests, repair defects, and provide technical support.
• Document processes and prepare reports.
• Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technologies.
• Contribute new ideas to the team for innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in architecting solutions within a distributed software platform.
• Full stack experience with React/Typescript, Redux, NodeJS/NestJS.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for relational databases.
• Understanding of data pipelines and workflow automation.
• Ability to clean, transform, and aggregate data.
• Solid understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Experience working in an agile team environment.
