• Responsible for design, architecture, development, and implementation of applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Focus on ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Experience with multiple implementations of ITOM applications.
• Understanding of CMDB and CSDM is essential.
• Collaborate with IT professionals, vendors, and process owners.
• Provide technical assessments and documentation.
• Enhance reporting solutions within ServiceNow.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Minimal travel required, with occasional on-site visits.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in large scale ITOM solutions.
• 3+ years as a Sr ServiceNow Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Proven oversight of ServiceNow implementations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical leadership experience.
• Expert knowledge of third-party integrations with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification required.
• ServiceNow CIS - ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping knowledge.
