Qualified support and consulting for our customers (clinics, practices) in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support
Evaluation of customer and user requirements and development of customer-oriented solutions for applications and interfaces
Implementation of applications for system integration and communication in the context of a radiological information system
Independent realization of customer projects, such as installation, configuration, testing, and documentation
Configuration and adjustments of interfaces to hospital information systems (KIS) or other external systems via remote maintenance
Communication with customers, external system manufacturers, and the development department
Processing customer inquiries within the user support for interfaces
Requirements
You have support experience from a comparable IT or medical environment
You have a strong technical affinity and the ability to quickly and confidently familiarize yourself with more complex software and hardware topics
You enjoy customer contact and like to work in a team
You have good English language skills, both spoken and written
You have very good German language skills, comparable to C1 level
