Overview

Avery Dennison is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through effective service delivery.

• Provide customer support through on-site visits and remote troubleshooting.
• Lead a small field service team for daily support and workload distribution.
• Facilitate internal alignments across local and overseas teams.
• Consult on product knowledge and solutions value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Electronics, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Field Service area.
• Service analysis capability for continuous improvements.
• Knowledge of Automation PLC, Radio Frequency, IoT devices, and digitization processes.
• Fluent in English, especially for presentations.
• Experience in the Apparel Industry.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and diagnostic tools/software.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Self-discipline and adaptability to changing work environments.
