Senior ServiceNow Consultant - HRSD, WSD, and LSD - Remote

In Short

• Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Advise clients on best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., FedRAMP, DoD IL-4/IL-5).
• Collaborate with virtual functional teams and lead technical solution design sessions.
• Contribute on multiple Agile engagements using Windward methodology.
• Demonstrate flexibility by delivering on a variety of project roles.
• Innovate and identify reusable solutions for future engagements.
• Keep ServiceNow skills current and contribute to Windward thought leadership.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow.
• Implementation experience and understanding of SN HRSD.
• Experience in at least one other area of ServiceNow (IRM, WSD, LSD, ITSM).
• Experience working with Agile teams in a virtual environment.
• Passion for advising customers on product usage.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
