Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Senior ITOM Expert, you will play a key role in designing, leading, and delivering comprehensive ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and AIOps for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Deep understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem systems.
• Strong grasp of CSDM best practices and CMDB governance.
• Experience in scripting (JavaScript) and MID Server configurations.
• ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITOM or equivalent preferred).
• Exceptional communication and client engagement skills.
• Experience working with USA-based clients in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of FinOps and Compliance is a plus.
• Mainline active certification is required.
