Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Outbound Sales Associate to join our Pune-based team and help us scale globally.

In Short

• Identify, engage, and qualify leads through outbound efforts.
• Target decision-makers across IT, Compliance, and Digital Transformation teams.
• Present REDE’s value proposition to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales for IT software or consulting.
• Strong understanding of SaaS-based services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
