Sales Associate - Remote

In Short

• Curate an excellent customer experience during the onboarding process
• Own the sales lifecycle for designated markets
• Partner with Operations Leads to develop high-value projects
• Complete driver onboarding (pricing, contract execution, vehicle matching)
• Investigate customer underwriting and qualification requirements
• Utilize knowledge of the rideshare industry to provide support
• Find ways to improve the sales lifecycle and create marketing collateral
• Lead contract appointments alongside customer support team

Requirements

• 1-3 years of inside sales related experience
• Experience using CRMs
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Service industry related experience preferred
• Photoshop or Illustrator experience preferred
• Knowledge of rideshare industry is a plus
• Spanish proficiency is a plus
