As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant at Devoteam, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet customer needs, while leading digital transformation initiatives.

In Short

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions.
Translate customer requirements into functional solutions.
Configure various ServiceNow modules.
Develop and maintain integrations with critical systems.
Optimize performance and solve technical problems.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams.
Guide junior consultants and share expertise.
Organize design workshops for user experience improvement.
Support project and commercial teams with estimates.
Recommend effective workflows.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant.
CSA certification is mandatory.
ServiceNow CIS in relevant modules.
Strong scripting knowledge in ServiceNow.
ITIL certification is a plus.
Knowledge of SECOPS is advantageous.
Fluent in Dutch and good English skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Analytical and customer-oriented mindset.
