• Deep experience in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery required.
• Must have ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Discovery.
• 5+ years experience in ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes.
• Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility as a ServiceNow expert.
• Remote work with no travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years experience with ServiceNow focusing on CMDB, Discovery.
• Deep expertise in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) 4.0.
• Experience documenting tool requirements from processes.
• ServiceNow Micro-certifications in CMDB preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries.
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience.
• Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures.
• Web Development experience is a plus.
• ITIL®v3 Expert designation is preferred.
