ServiceNow CMDB Consultant - Remote

Overview

This role involves leading ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery implementations for various clients, focusing on optimizing configuration data and providing mentorship within a supportive team environment.

In Short

• Lead ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery implementations for clients across various industries.
• Define and implement the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) within customer environments.
• Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams for CI data quality and process optimization.
• Conduct client workshops to translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Support governance and health of configuration data.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially CMDB and ITOM modules.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, CSDM, and integration of external data sources.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end CMDB projects and workshops.
• Experience with JavaScript and understanding of ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• ServiceNow certifications (CIS-Discovery, CIS-CMDB, CSA) are highly valued.
