ServiceNow Lead - Remote

Overview

Do you want to play a key role in shaping our ServiceNow practice and take our solutions to the next level? We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead who will combine strong technical expertise with a natural ability to mentor others and represent our company externally.

In Short

• Be the go-to authority for ServiceNow across teams and clients
• Guide colleagues and customers with expert advice
• Mentor consultants and architects in their growth
• Shape the vision of our ServiceNow practice, not just individual solutions
• Build knowledge, methodologies, and best practices for the team
• Track new trends in ServiceNow and bring them into use
• Lead the Czech ServiceNow community through meetups and workshops
• Represent ConWare at conferences and professional forums
• Ensure high quality standards for all ServiceNow solutions

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience with ServiceNow (implementations, module development, architecture)
• Knowledge of key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps
• Hands-on experience with solution design and strategic consulting
• Awareness of ServiceNow trends and roadmap
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CTA) are an advantage
• Strong mentoring and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both internal & external)
• Strategic mindset combined with openness to innovation
• Very good English and Czech (min. B2/C1)
