Requirements

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Expertise in three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on CMDB and Service Mapping.
• Deep knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) 4.0.
• Experience with cloud, networking, and infrastructure architectures.
• 5+ years developing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes.
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience.
• 3+ years documenting tool requirements.
• Proficient in ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility as a ServiceNow expert.
