Requirements

• LogicMonitor Certified Associate (LMCA).
• 3+ years of experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• 5+ years of experience with modern server operating systems (Linux/Windows).
• Strong knowledge of monitoring principles and practices.
• Experience with LogicMonitor platform and related tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration.
• Understanding of infrastructure monitoring principles.
• Ability to analyze complex technical systems.
• Familiarity with software version control systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
