Overview

The Engineer - Remote Monitoring will be responsible for the remote monitoring of Hydrogen electrolyzers across India, ensuring safe operations and providing diagnostic assistance.

In Short

Monitor operational data from Hydrogen electrolyzers.
Ensure safe startup and shutdown of equipment.
Respond to customer needs via call center and ticketing systems.
Prepare Daily Production Reports and operational assessment reports.
Conduct alarm server monitoring and develop analytics.
Perform condition monitoring and make informed decisions.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Department for equipment isolation and restoration.
Raise notifications in ERP for system observations.
Work in compliance with safety protocols.
Contribute to the growth of green hydrogen production.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience with monitoring software (SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS).
Experience in Remote Monitoring or Control room operations.
Background in Chemical, Oil & Gas, Process, Power, Battery, or Fuel cells industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
