Overview

The Property Support Associate (PSA) fulfills specific administrative responsibilities for individual Windsor Communities, handling application processing, lease administration, and resident inquiries while working remotely.

In Short

• Manage application and lease administration processes for multiple properties.
• Respond to resident and property employee queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Coordinate and process tasks and requests in compliance with regulations.
• Build operational relationships with customers to drive compliance.
• Identify and resolve resident needs or challenges.
• Contribute to improvements in administrative processes.
• Maintain Key Performance Indicators regarding response time and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of related experience in property management/customer service.
• Experience in real estate or property management operations preferred.

Benefits

• Hourly pay starting at $23 or $47,840 annually.
• Full salary range is $23 - $31.25 based on experience.
