Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Windsor Communities, a dynamic multifamily real estate company.

In Short

• Lead and expand key MarTech programs.
• Own the execution of strategic pilots and high-impact projects.
• Oversee the Marketing Support ticketing system.
• Design and implement marketing performance assessments.
• Lead turnaround strategies for underperforming properties.
• Develop and maintain strategic marketing playbooks.
• Create and manage marketing audit tools.
• Leverage PowerBI for marketing analytics.
• Drive strategy execution for Social and Reputation Management.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of marketing experience.
• Proven ability to manage partners collaboratively.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience with Excel and project management software.
• Knowledge of Google platforms and web development.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to leverage AI for efficiency.
