The AVP, Strategic Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing cross-functional business processes, leading a high-performing operational support team, and executing strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Four-year college or university program certificate.
• Minimum of 10 years of multifamily operations experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing large-scale implementations.
• 3+ years of program and project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in financial analysis and operational best practices.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and presentation capabilities.
• Clear understanding of operations systems and process mapping.
